Bourbon and ginger with a splash of bitters has been a go-to for a crisp Fall day for years. The sweetness of the ginger ale put a cap on the number I was willing to drink at any one time. Cutting that with seltzer is something I haven't thought of. Hmm. That could be problematic! ;-)

Thank you for reading, dlf! Great to see you over here. Agreed regarding the sweetness.

For example, I love a good Moscow or Kentucky Mule, but one is often enough for me especially if it's heavy on the ginger beer.

Cutting things with seltzer has been key for our enjoyment of the Press Luxe. Plus, you can dial back the spirit if you feel like you'd like to have a number on a summer Sunday. The extra water helps with hydration too.
